Rates & Policies
STARS offers sessions of various lengths based on student needs. Initial parent meetings for new students are complimentary.
- 10% discount for every session beyond two per week (3+)
- The last 5-10 minutes of each session will be used to communicate with parents and teachers, either through direct conversation, or a written or email summary.

Billing
Families are billed monthly. You will receive an invoice by the second week of each month for the prior months services.
Please send your payment to the address on the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, please notify the tutor as far in advance as possible. A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is required to avoid being billed for the session.
